Color options, including Gold, White Gold, and Rose Gold, refer to the jewelry’s color or finish and do not necessarily indicate the use of solid precious metals.

Dispute Resolution

We aim to respond within 24–48 hours and will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue promptly.
- Informal Resolution. If your concern remains unresolved after contacting Customer Service, we encourage you to work with us in good faith to resolve the dispute informally before initiating formal proceedings. To begin this process, send a written description of the issue and the resolution you are seeking to our Customer Service team via email. Where appropriate, we aim to allow up to 30 days for informal resolution.
- Payment Disputes. You may contact your bank or card issuer about a charge at any time. Please note that disputes raised this way follow the issuer's own review process, which can take several weeks and may require information from both you and us. Contacting us first is usually the fastest way to reach a resolution.
